Cold Change Hydro-Coolers quickly reduce the core temperature of fresh products, prolonging shelf life and preserving flavour and appearance.
The system consists of a flooded stainless exchanger on which ice accumulates. A shower system sprays a large flow of water on the pallets and returns to the pool containing the ice water and its ice exchanger / accumulator. With this system we guarantee the coldest possible water, below 0.5ºC, only possible with this system.
